About Refuge

What is the Refuge Church Network?

The Refuge Church Network is a network of micro-churches planting micro-churches in Southwestern Worcester County to glorify God by reaching the lost with the Gospel in small, Christ-centered, and compassionate communities. Just as the Apostle Paul taught the Gospel from house to house, so will Refuge Church Network as it reflects the early church found in Acts 2:42-47. (Acts 20:20)

What’s our mission?

The mission of Refuge Church Network is to bring the light of the Gospel into the darkness of Southwestern Worcester County by glorifying Christ through an authentic and compassionate community.

What do we do?

To establish a network of micro-churches, Refuge Church Network will plant churches through Refuge Church and its partner churches while raising leaders and training them to plant micro-churches.

What do we value?

Refuge Church Network values Christ and takes the call to serve one’s neighbor seriously. To value Christ is to glorify him by learning Christ, sharing Christ, and worshipping Christ. Therefore, Refuge Network values Christ, community, and compassion. Refuge Church Network cultivates community by developing meaningful relationships through weekly gatherings where a meal and the Lord’s Table are at the center. Further, compassion is a value of Refuge Church Network by its emphasis on extending grace, especially to those relatively new to the Christian faith or exploring what it means to follow Jesus.
